Diamond and onyx oval-shaped target ring, c1930
This oval-shaped target ring has a flat cabochon of black onyx, bezel mounted and surrounded with bright (G-H color), brilliant-cut diamonds (0.5 ct. total), channel-set in platinum. The body of the ring is 18K gold.
This classic ring was especially popular in the 1930, although this one could be a bit later than that… perhaps 1940s. It’s beautifully made and would make a great everyday ring. It has a nice simplicity that’s very appealing.
Condition: Excellent. It has a bit of patina. Some people clean it. Others like it the way it is.
Measurements: It measures just over 7.75. The top is about 0.6 inch in length. Total weight: 3g.
