Signed Degue blue glass, flower-motif, art deco chandelier, French c1930

David Guéron founded Verrerié D’Art Degué in 1926 for the production of luxury glass products. Although Guéron worked in other glass production, the Degué name was used only for a short time between 1926 and 1932 because of the looming war in Europe. This lovely flower-motif chandelier was produced in three colors… clear, yellow and blue. This cheerful blue is highly sought after.

This lovely chandelier must have been kept in a very safe place because it still has the original silk cord and the dark blue silk wraps on the hooks. All of it looks like it was never used. This fixture is a real treasure. The light is so cheerful, and the form is a knockout. It has been rewired for use U.S. the.

Condition: Mint.

Measurements: The glass measures 15.5 in diameter. The fixture hangs 22 inches from the ceiling.

Price: $2,300.00
